Congrats on the new flat. Finding something suitable for yourself and also with a dog is really challenging. I've been there. And congrats, that your wrist is not broken again.
Unfortunately I learned through an MRT that my wrist actually is fractured again... But it's not severe so it does mean I just need to spend a few additional weeks in a cast/splint. I'm seeing it optimistic. I can still do a lot of fun things!
